The doctor was such a delight! He was sweet, made me comfortable, and made my day better! Derek was also amazing! He made me laugh out loud too many times to count! It was my first time there and I was thoroughly impressed with the staff’s kindness and energy!!!​​​​​​​

I completely enjoyed my visit today at LensCrafters! I realize that probably sounds like an odd statement to me, but the doctor was so personable incredibly knowledgeable actually compared my old chart to my new prescription and explained a few things to me which had never been done before and I’ve had glasses since I was 28 and I am now 53. The young lady that greeted me at the door was amazing. I had brought in my insurance, and she found that my coverage had changed, but she matched it up in the system, and I didn’t have a problem at all. Finally, Derrick who helped me select my frames and measure for my lenses was amazing!!! he helped me pick out two pairs of glasses when I showed up at his desk with 10. I loved his style. He knew the quality of the frames. He was very not knowledgeable on the best way to get the best deal. Annie took care of me, provided me all of my insurance coverage information as well as my receipts and paperwork. I’d also like to mention that they were so great that I was late to my appointment and they fit me right into the next flight :-). I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Excellent customer service and care! Was very impressed with the staff and the services provided. I was taken care of well and was provided with an explanation of everything that would take place. I highly recommend coming here for your next eye exam.

Everyone was very friendly, professional, and service-oriented. This included Lisa at check-in (who later helped me pick out frames), the person (who's name I didn't get) who did the upfront testing, and Dr. Aaron Tayman (who did a great job of explaining things in plain English). The young woman who checked us in was very personable and welcoming. The doctor who conducted the eye exam was also very personable as well. Dereck was the one we spend the most time with to order glasses for my son and husband. He made the entire process enjoyable and entertaining. I hope he is the one who helps us again in the future.

Dr. Adam Tayman, the office manager Grace and the rest of the women on staff are phenomenal! I recently moved an hour away from Oceanside but I will always drive back to this location for my eye needs — 100% worth it! Best customer service I have received in a long time. I called yesterday about needing a peripheral reading for my drivers license renewal and they got me in within 24 hours! I was in and out of the appointment within 10 minutes. Thank you Dr. Adam Tayman and team for the kindness and quickness!​​​​​​​

Quick and easy, even though I have really bad eye sight, they were willing to work with my budget to get me what I needed. I’m thankful for the doctor and his experience, but mostly his listening and responding with respect to what I think was good for me as opposed to giving me the most expensive option and being inflexible. I will be back for all of my eye care needs.​​​​​​​
